Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 2‑5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destination
We ship physical goods to addresses within the United States. We currently do not support international shipping outside the US.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping normally takes 7‑15 business days after dispatch. Delivery time is an estimate and cannot be fully guaranteed; delays may occur due to logistics, customs or weather conditions.

Shipping Fee
Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and total weight of items.

Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking number so you can monitor delivery status.

Damaged & Lost Packages
Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos for assistance.

Note: We sell food seasoning products. Please ensure someone can receive your parcel to avoid high‑temperature damage to goods.
